Every round on ACE is decided by the server before you see it, and the commitment is published up front.
Before a round starts, the server generates a secret seed and stores only its SHA-256 hash on the round. The hash cannot be changed once the round is open.
Your client seed and an incrementing nonce are combined with the server seed, so neither side alone can determine the outcome.
Outcomes are computed server-side and stored on the round. The animation you see is a replay of the settled result, never a separate roll.
After a round settles, the revealed server seed can be re-hashed and compared with the published hash to confirm nothing was altered.
